We retain your account data for as long as your galak33 account is active, plus 7 years for regulatory compliance. Closed accounts are anonymised and deleted after 12 months. You can request early deletion where local law permits.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Data, and download a full copy of your personal information, gaming history and transaction records. You can also email [email protected] to request a formal data subject access report.

No. Your payment details are tokenised — we store a secure reference, not your actual bank or e-wallet credentials. Only QRIS and transaction IDs are logged for your account history. Your bank holds the real payment information.

Only the minimum needed to deliver service. Live dealers receive your session ID and game round data. Sportsbook partners see your bet activity. All partners sign strict data-processing agreements and cannot use your data for any other purpose.

Your privacy rights transfer with us. If galak33 is acquired, the buyer must honour this privacy policy or give you 30 days to request deletion. We'll notify you in your registered email and account dashboard before any material change takes effect.
